Once the system works, I train your team. Live sessions, role-based walkthroughs, documentation built around how your team actually thinks.
Then I stay for 30 days of post-launch refinement. The edge cases that surface in week two. The workflows your team adapts as they use it. The questions nobody thought to ask until it was running.

Yes. Most of my work is exactly this: agencies running 15 to 25 disconnected tools. Part of the build is consolidation. We figure out what stays, what goes, and what gets connected. n8n handles most of the heavy lifting. Custom integrations get built where needed.

Less than you think. The intensive part is the diagnosis phase. Workflow sessions with you and your operations lead, usually 4 to 6 hours total over the first two weeks. After that, I run on my own and check in weekly. The builds are typically completed in 8-14 weeks depending on your availability to help test and refine. From there, another 30 days of refining and handling edge cases as needed before final hand off.
